Privacy policy

This policy explains how Nexrite handles personal information collected through its public site, including contact and early-access requests.

Accountability

Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, role, operation size, message, and language preference. If you choose it, we also retain limited evidence of your consent to receive Nexrite updates. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, wallet private keys, HiveOS credentials, or other sensitive information in a message.

Why we use it

We use a contact request to answer that request. We send commercial, progress, or early-access updates only when you choose that option and confirm your address through a confirmation email. A contact request does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list.

Retention

We review contact requests 12 months after the last meaningful contact activity and delete or anonymize them when no valid reason to retain them remains. An unconfirmed early-access request expires after 14 days. If you unsubscribe, we retain only the minimum information needed to honour and demonstrate that choice.

Service providers and transfers

The web service and lead records are hosted in Microsoft Azure, Canada Central. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated submissions. Confirmation and permitted communication emails use Azure Communication Services Email; that service may process some data in the United States. We assess these providers, their safeguards, and applicable transfers before enabling collection.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about your personal information by writing to privacy@nexrite.app. Every commercial email includes a simple, no-cost unsubscribe mechanism. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent Nexrite from answering an existing contact request.

Security and cookies

Nexrite uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption, restricted access, and logging of important operations. Necessary cookies for service operation, security, and language preference are used according to your choices. Optional technologies are not used for advertising or profiling without your express choice.
